The battery works much better than the one that came with the laptop. It just doesn’t hold a charge for very long but unlike the original it at least holds a charge.

Great battery replacement for my acer laptop! I purchased this battery after my battery died and would not hold a charge. I was selective in my choice because I'm super busy and needed this replacement battery to work without any issues on the first try. Changed it. For my new girlfriend. She now loves it. Also changed her old hard drive to an SSD and increased RAM from 4GB to 16GB. The laptop is very responsive now. I think the laptop and I will both stay.

The price of the battery was very reasonable, it arrived in 4 days, and it is working very well. The cost of replacing the old battery with one from Acer was almost 3X more expensive! I was initially a bit concerned about using an after-market product, but we are extremely pleased.

In all fairness this battery is for an older computer but I was disappointed that it does not take a full charge and lasts only a couple of hours.
