It works for my laptop Inspiron 15 7000 (7566). If you have this model, this is the one you are looking for. After I installed the battery, I used my laptop it actually lasted around 5 hours 37 minutes, before it went down to 0%. I do recommend this battery, it works!

Got this battery as a replacement for my Dell Inspiron 7567 laptop for use during college lectures. It used to die after about 15 minutes of use on battery power, but it lasts for over 7 hours now with average use on battery power alone. I'm appreciative that it comes with extra screws, too!

Battery arrived safe and sound when expected and glad to say that I am very pleased with it. It was a pretty easy install though since I haven't had it that long I can't really comment as to the battery's entire life I can say that it seems to be as good as new in that it can last up to three hours without needing a recharge. Also, boy does it feel nice to be untethered from the nearest wall socket once again.

Followed the instructions for discharging the battery to a T. So far the battery is functioning perfectly! I will update in another couple of months, but do not expect anything but a fully functioning battery. Great buy and will purchase again if/when I need another one!
