Was unsure which battery to purchase so emailed to ask. Received prompt reply with a link for the correct battery. Battery was delivered (along with two small screwdrivers) within a few days. Fitted and all up and running - excellent service all round.

I bought from acerlaptopbattery.net because their website promised 30 day money back guarantee and UK depots. But just try... I completed their online "returns authorisation procedure" but was told by a Max Liu "it is a pity that you insist to return the item, could you please hold on to it while our local warehouse is adjusting, we will contact you to return it back if the warehouse is available within 15-30 days."

However, considering most of the components people will be purchasing are no doubt manufactured in China, I can't see a problem. Subsequently, the battery I ordered was dispatched the next day, then arrived in perfect condition the day after that. Can't ask for much more.
