Despite repeated requests I never got a returns address. They DO NOT comply with distance selling regulations or understand their obligations as a seller. In the end, Paypal intervened and I received a refund through them. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering!

Order process was simple. Installation was slightly fiddly - that was the laptop, not the battery - my acer requires unscrewing to remove the base then unscrew to remove the battery, unlike previous laptops where you just clip the battery in and out. Now, I have a much longer battery life.
